Promotion Overview

This Sales Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Nuhaven Homes Pty Ltd (“Company”) and provides eligible participants with a discount of $50,000 off the total home price (“Discount”). The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 12.00am, 25th October 2024 to 11.59pm, 31st December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

1. Preliminary Works Agreement: To qualify for the Discount, participants must sign a Preliminary Works Agreement with Nuhaven Homes on or before 31st December 2024.
2. Construction Commencement: Participants must commence construction on their home within 90 days of receiving Development Approval.

Offer Validity

This Promotion is valid until 11.59pm, 31st December 2024. After this date, the Discount will no longer be available, and all terms associated with this Promotion will be void.

General Conditions

1. Non-Transferable: The Discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
2. Limitations: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly stated by Nuhaven Homes.
3. Modification and Termination: Nuhaven Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that
   any modifications will not affect participants who have already signed the Preliminary Works Agreement before the modification.
4. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.
5. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
